It offers unbeatable, favourable location. The hotel has themed and good-sized rooms with WiFi and a separated bedroom and an excellent view.

The setting is particularly good and perfect, it's just off many tourist spots that a metered taxi, shopping centres in bukit butang and great restaurants.

Location: the hotel was near Berjaya Times Sq & local eateries as well as various big shopping malls. The place had a family atmosphere. We had excellent and free breakfasts for the cocktails.

It is a good modern and functional property located in Bukit Bintang district so close to a grab away to other major attractions and new shopping centre.

It has great location close to mall and restaurants, in a good area. Very welcoming staff members are with great customer service.

Gorgeous place, it was clean and had lovely friendly and excellent co-operating staff on shift. Stayed in brand-new deluxe queen room with a great view. The location was good and unbeatable for traveling around Kuala Lumpur, right by the shopping and eating areas and other KL attractions and Berjaya Time square.

Its location relatively near Greenbox Ktv Kuala Lumpur was strategic and secure. The room was well-equipped and a nice size with reasonably large bathroom and a separate lounge and a carpet.

I enjoyed its gentle employees.

Excellent value hotel with a main bar, everything was perfect. The breakfast in the club was above average and free with delightful food and service. Magnificent and absolutely perfect location adjacent to a tube station, that was handy. I ate at the poolside restaurant near the venue.

We ate at a nice restaurant with good food and good prices. The location was marvellous, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Quill City Mall.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, always greeting us warmly and asking about our day. The breakfast spread was quite good, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and a nice pool area to relax in.

On the downside, the rooms were a bit old and shabby, with dirty towels and a broken shower head. The noise from the construction site nearby was quite loud and went on from early morning until late at night.

Should cater for free wi fi use as these days wi fi facility is free elsewhere. For hotel guest losing /misplaced car parking ticket should be complimentary not charged

We had a fantastic stay. Clean room with breathtaking views of the city. Delicious breakfast and friendly staff.

No hot water, non-functional phones, and cleanliness issues. Noise from construction and smoking smell in the nonsmoking room.

Environment all around was noisy due to construction works. Breakfast room a bit noisy, and staff overloaded to offer optimum service while rushing hours...
